Payments

All our manuals are sold as a one-time payment that provides you lifetime access to the manual via a digital download file. There is no recurring billing or subscription fees. All prices are subject to change. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you in advance.

Only basic payment information is processed through our payment service providers and payment processing partners authorized to provide services within the respective country.

 

Refund and cancellation policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for ALL digital downloads ONLY if you haven't accessed the purchased product. If you have accessed the purchased product within 7-days and are not happy, we can offer a credit for any other manual up to the same amount or restore download access to the purchased product.

To combat access fraud, we record download information about the IP Address, location and other details of where the access took place. 

If you would like a refund, please email us at servicemanualwarehouse@gmail.com to request a refund.

You have a right to request we cancel or delete your account at any time. 

No refunds will be considered for accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service.

 

Reservation of Rights

Service Manual Warehouse reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it reasonably believes (i) that you are trying to unfairly exploit the stated refund policy; (ii) if you are in breach of our Terms of Service; or (iii) if Service Manual Warehouse reasonably suspects that you are using our service fraudulently. This refund guide does not affect your statutory rights.
